Online purchases can be returned anytime during the first 30 days. 

Shipping Policy

1. Unopened and opened packets returned within 60 days of shipment will receive a full refund.

3. Shipping and handling charges for return orders are not refunded for returns due to customer error.

4. Undelivered orders due to our error will be re-shipped at no additional charge.

5. Undelivered orders due to customer error will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Please include your name, e-mail address, order number (if available), the first four AND last four digits of your credit card number, a copy of your paper invoice or a printed copy of your e-mail receipt, and the reason for return.

Because returns may occasionally be lost in transit, we recommend (but do not require) using a reliable delivery service (e.g. UPS Ground or FedEx Ground) that offers tracking or delivery confirmation.

Guarantee Policy

1. Limit one guarantee policy related refund per purchaser over the purchaser’s lifetime.

2. The purchaser agrees to act with integrity, in kind spirit and without intent to defraud when requesting a guarantee policy related refund. If you act without integrity, it might make us cry.

3. We reserve the right to invalidate the guarantee policy at our sole discretion at any time (even retroactively), for any reason or for no reason. This is to prevent people from stealing from us. If you’re honest, you’re fine.

In your email to us, please include your name, e-mail address, order number (if available), the first four AND last four digits of your credit card number, a copy of your paper/digital invoice or a printed copy of your e-mail receipt, and the reason for return.

We’re just trying to make sure people aren’t gaming the system. We hope you understand!

CANCELING ORDERS 

If you experience any delays in the delivery of your Collagen Kit, you may contact our Customer Care department at support@mentalmojo.me or visit us online.

If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason and wish to cancel prior to the expiration of the 30 Day Trial Period, simply contact our Customer Care department at support@mentalmojo.me

 DAMAGED GOODS

We take every precaution to ensure that your shipment arrives intact and in pristine condition.  However, on rare occasions, damage to a product can occur during transit.  In the event your shipment arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at Support@mentalmojo.net, provide your order number, name and email address along with details of the damage (date received, extent of damage).  Please be sure to include a photo or two of the damaged products that you received, as proof of damage is required in order for us to process your claim.  We will then reply to you by email or phone with details of any replacement product(s) to be shipped to you.
